Booking Terms and Conditions
These Booking Terms and Conditions govern bookings made through maxeltour.com.

By completing a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms together with the conditions displayed for the selected experience.

1. About Maxel Tour
The website maxeltour.com is operated by:
Legal entity: MAXEL TOUR SRL
Registered address: 00186 Roma RM
VAT / Tax number: 18093591008
Email: info@maxeltour.com
Telephone: +39 06 89812777
Maxel Tour provides a platform for booking tickets, tours and travel-related experiences.
Some experiences are provided directly by Maxel Tour while others may be operated or supplied by independent third-party providers.
The operating provider, where applicable, may be identified on the experience page, voucher or booking documentation.
2. Making a booking
A booking is made when the customer:
selects an experience;
provides the required booking information;
accepts the applicable terms and conditions;
completes payment; and
receives confirmation from Maxel Tour.
Submission of a payment does not by itself guarantee availability.
If the requested service cannot be confirmed, Maxel Tour may offer an alternative or refund the amount paid for the unavailable service.
3. Customer information
Customers must provide complete and accurate information.
Where an attraction requires nominative tickets, participant names must match the identity documents that will be presented at the attraction.
Maxel Tour is not responsible for admission being refused because a customer supplied incorrect names, dates, ages, identification information or other booking details.
4. Prices
The total price applicable to the booking is displayed before payment.
Unless stated otherwise, the displayed price includes the services expressly described on the experience page.
Optional purchases, transport, food, gratuities or services not specifically included in the description are not included.
Prices may vary according to date, availability, ticket category, participant type or supplier pricing.
Once a booking has been confirmed, subsequent changes in the advertised price do not normally affect that booking.
5. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available during checkout.
Payments may be processed by independent payment-service providers.
Maxel Tour does not require customers to provide payment-card information through ordinary email or messaging services.
6. Booking confirmation and vouchers
The customer is responsible for checking the booking confirmation immediately after receiving it.
Any error should be reported as soon as possible.
Depending on the experience, admission may require:
a Maxel Tour voucher;
an official attraction ticket;
a QR code;
identification;
collection of tickets at a designated location; or
presentation to a representative or operating provider.
The instructions contained in the booking confirmation or subsequently supplied booking documents must be followed.
7. Admission requirements
Attractions and operators may impose entrance requirements including identification checks, security screening, dress codes, age restrictions, prohibited items and scheduled entrance times.
These requirements are controlled by the relevant attraction or operator.
Customers are responsible for complying with them.
8. Arrival times
Customers must arrive at the location and at the time specified in the booking documentation.
Where an arrival time earlier than the actual admission time is stated, that arrival time should be respected to allow for check-in or security procedures.
Late arrival may result in loss of admission without refund.
9. Changes to an experience
Operational circumstances may occasionally require reasonable changes to:
starting times;
meeting points;
routes;
guides;
admission procedures; or
the order in which parts of an experience are provided.
Where a material change occurs before the experience, Maxel Tour will provide information to the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions displayed for the specific experience form part of these Terms.
Where no specific conditions are displayed, the Maxel Tour Default Cancellation Policy applies.
Non-refundable bookings cannot normally be refunded after confirmation except where required by law or where the booked service is cancelled.
11. Third-party providers
Where an experience is supplied or operated by an independent provider, that provider is responsible for performing the service it operates.
Maxel Tour remains responsible for its own obligations in relation to the booking platform and for any responsibilities imposed upon it by applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Customer conduct
Customers must follow reasonable instructions given by attraction staff, guides, representatives and service providers.
A participant may be refused participation where their behaviour presents a safety risk, significantly disrupts the experience or violates attraction rules.
No refund is normally available where participation is refused because of the customer's own conduct.
13. Personal belongings
Customers remain responsible for their personal belongings unless liability arises under mandatory applicable law.
Customers should check baggage and prohibited-item requirements before arriving at an attraction.
14. Force majeure and exceptional circumstances
Maxel Tour and its providers may be affected by circumstances outside their reasonable control, including strikes, security incidents, official closures, extreme weather, public emergencies, transport disruption or governmental measures.
Where such circumstances materially affect a booking, Maxel Tour will act in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and mandatory consumer law.
15. Intellectual property
The content of maxeltour.com, including text, graphics, branding, photographs, software and design elements owned by Maxel Tour may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without authorization.
Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Maxel Tour Privacy Notice.
17. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving consumers resident in another country of mandatory protections granted to them under applicable consumer law.
Any mandatory jurisdiction rights available to consumers remain unaffected.
